DELIVERY 

All of our orders are sent via Evri

Postage to UK is Free

Please make sure to double check that your delivery address is correct before finalising your order. We currently ship to the UK, but do get in contact if you would like to enquire about shipping to other countries. 

RETURNS 

Please get in touch via our contact page with your order number if you have any
queries about your purchase. 

Due to hygiene reasons, Luna Design Earrings are not returnable or exchangeable for change of mind reasons. However, if you have received a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item so that we can arrange a replacement for you.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the item sent back to Luna Design (at your expense).

Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned or exchanged, and we cannot accept cancellations once an order has been posted.
