RETURNS 

Please get in touch via our contact page with your order number if you have any
queries about your purchase. 

We accept returns and exchanges on stock items, EXCLUDING earrings. 

*Earrings are non returnable due to hygiene reasons. 

Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned or exchanged, and we cannot accept cancellations once an order has been posted. 

We ask that you please notify us of any issues within 7 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition. You are responsible for return postage costs.
